Daoust SA grants its Service Cheques customers and household helpers the right to access and use this web application under the terms of these general conditions. The access and use of this web application entails for Daoust customers the explicit acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.

Daoust SA reserves the right and may, at any time and without notice, remove or limit the right of access and use of the web application, but also modify the web application as well as the applicable terms and conditions.

However, in order to provide a platform of trust, Daoust SA must ensure that the comments published are useful, informative and do not harm a housekeeper, a customer or our company.

In this context, Daoust SA asks any user of the web application that his comment is :

• Focused on his/her interactions with the client/housekeeper and within the scope of the work performed by the housekeeper in the client’s home;
• Lawful, decent, fair, truthful, accurate and relevant;
• Not discriminatory, defamatory, racist, xenophobic, obscene, offensive, abusive, pornographic or otherwise objectionable;
• Not containing bugs or other viruses;
• Not fraudulent, false or misleading;
• Not subject to any obligation of confidentiality and does not contain any confidential information of any person (including, but not limited to: address, telephone number, email address, national registration number, social security number, credit card number, …);
• Not infringing any intellectual property right or trademark;
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2. The household helpers and clients have the possibility to declare their periods of absence on the web application.

3.3. The household helpers have the possibility to consult their route sheet on the web application.

Daoust SA can not be held responsible for the compatibility of this web application with any software or hardware of the user, nor in case of error mentioned on the web application or any malfunction.
