Urgent situations?
In case of an urgent situation, we are here to assist you quickly and effectively! Contact
- Your JobCenter during opening hours,
- Or 02/887.71.31 when the JobCenter is closed.
Urgent situations:
- Your household helper has injured themselves at your home (work accident) and asks you to notify us
- Your household helper does not show up to perform their services
- OR you have a last-minute unforeseen event and must cancel your household helper’s services (unable to start the service)
