All you need to know about Service Vouchers in Brussels
What is a Service Voucher?
A Service Voucher (know in French as Titres-Services) is a voucher purchased by a private individual to remunerate one hour of work performed by a domestic worker at their home.
Costs and benefits
- The maximum number of Service Vouchers (Titres-Services) you can order per year and per person is 500 (1000 per household).
- The price of one Service Voucher is €11,40 for the first 300 ordered per person (or for the first 600 ordered per household).
- The price increases to €14 when purchasing the next 200 Service Vouchers per user or per household.
- The tax benefit has been removed by the regional authorities for all Service Vouchers purchased from January 1, 2026.
However, the tax deduction remains fully applicable for Service Vouchers purchased in 2025, in accordance with current legislation.
What is the role of Sodexo/Pluxee?
To benefit from Service Vouchers, it is necessary to register for free with the company Sodexo/Pluxee, which manages this service at the national level.
How long per day?
Each service must last a minimum of 3 hours.
At DaHome, our housekeepers sign a real employment contract, including all legal benefits (pension, paid leave, health and accident insurance, holiday bonus, unemployment benefits, etc.).
You must register with the company Sodexo/Pluxee to use the Service Vouchers system. This registration is free and allows you to purchase Titres-Services.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation and your access codes to the secure Sodexo website. Keep your codes safe as you will need them to purchase your Service Vouchers.
Paper service vouchers must be ordered in a minimum of 10 vouchers and are delivered by post within 10 days of receiving your payment.
Electronic service vouchers, on the other hand, can be ordered individually and are added to your electronic wallet the day after your payment is received.

How does it work?
We enter the data regarding the services provided by your Service Vouchers housekeeper on a secure extranet, which you only need to confirm afterward.
For easy management of your electronic Service Vouchers, you have two options:
- Via your secure Service Vouchers account: titresservices.brussels
- Through a free mobile application that allows you to manage your Service Vouchers from your smartphone or tablet: Service Vouchers by Sodexo/Pluxee. With this app, you can check your balance, validate services, manage your wallet, and more. Convenient, isn’t it?
How to switch to electronic Service Vouchers? It’s very simple!
- Inform your DaHome JobCenter
- Go to your secure Service Vouchers account
- Click on “Details” and “Modify Data“
- Change the format by clicking on “electronic” and validate.
For each hour of service provided, you complete a paper Service Vouchers legibly, in black or dark blue ink, and sign it. You also specify the effective date of the service and the type of activity performed (check the box).
Note: If you choose paper Service Vouchers, you are responsible for delivering the voucher. Make sure it is delivered to your DaHome JobCenter managing your file within a week of the service provided by your housekeeper.
